Ocean Story Trail: Khadijah

KHADIJAH TIVIDAD

Born in the Philippines, Khadijah relocated to the PNW at a young age, and grew up exploring Puget Sound. Inspired by nature and science, Khadijah’s growing love for the outdoors lead her to study geosciences at Pacific Lutheran University where she focused on shoreline erosion along the Washington coast. She also likes to ski, cycle, hike, camp/backpack, climb, and jet ski. Khadijah has held numerous teaching positions and is now the Clean Water Educator at Citizens for a Healthy Bay. She hopes to inspire all people to explore the outdoors and to act on preserving our natural spaces.
