Light art downtown, with music or poetry at each stop. At the Foss Waterway Seaport, we bring “Ghosts of the Salish Sea,” 40 illuminated lanterns shaped like endangered whales and salmon. Visible from outside the (closed) museum, 5-9pm nightly.
