FESTIVAL WEEKEND SCHEDULE
LANTERN PADDLE Fri. JUNE 2
6-11pm: Museum open with hands-on marine science, art, cash bar and food trucks.
7-8pm: PLU Steel Pan Ensemble on Esplanade (inside if rainy). DIY Ocean Lantern workshop inside, led by Cheryl Rux.
8-9pm: Vuelta La Luna aerial circus on Esplanade (inside if rainy)
9-10pm: Lantern paddle, Native American flutist Paul Chiyokten Wagner, illuminated puppets on Esplanade, dock and waterway
8-9, 9:30-11pm: DJ spinning

BEACH CLEANUP Sat. JUNE 3

10am-12pm at Les Davis Pier on Ruston Way. Beach cleanup, live Hawaiian music by Kumu Kanoelani Galiza, make trash whale art! BYO gloves/bucket or use ours. Hunt for hand-blown glass eggs from Fire It Forward. Big thanks to our partners South Sound Surfrider!

10am – 5pm at the Foss Waterway Seaport, 702 Dock St, Tacoma. A fabulous day full of art, circus, music, dance, poetry, hands-on science, speakers, kids activities, kayak tryouts, boat tours, food trucks and SO MUCH MORE! Details below.
